The night enveloped me. The ground, dry and sweet in the early California fall evening, held me as I laid on my back, staring up at the moon. My seven-year-old being experienced quite a response: a love so profound nothing in heaven or earth could extinguish it.

A Presence older than the stars.

I dedicated myself to Her.

Gather close, you who are also listening to Her emergence.

As the climate changes, Gaia Herself is inspiring and calling forth people to respond. She speaks to each in their own language and skill set: technology, organizational change, political action, entrepreneurs, somatic healing, prayer, art, craft, song.

It is like a spring coming forth out of individuals, teams, and communities.

I can speak between and amidst these different languages and skills.

Part of my work is to clear away the concrete, the rocks, the silt that is blocking the spring of creativity; of innovation; of clarity and compassion in critical decision making in people who are striving to be of service to Gaia.

To help the spring flow.

To support the gatherings of the waters.

To myself bring forth teachings, tools, and learning communities to support all beings.

Here’s something about me:

I’m really, really gifted. My gifts include integrating mind/body/spiritual and social/organizational/economic analysis and practice in such a way that I can bring new visions of ‘enchanted living’ and sustainability that is at the intersection of the individual and the collective.

With my gifts have come immense challenges.

Part of what I bring to this work is my experience with both.

Listen here to hear more about my journey.

Another thing worth knowing about me before you decide if I’m the right fit to work with you:

I’m not here for you.

I’m here for the spirit within you, your calling, to come forth: to serve those whom You are here to serve.

Some more about my theology that I bring to my work with you and your people

  • That of God lives, like a flame of light, like a seed in the dark soil, like the space between the breath, in all people. Anyone can be a minister. Everyone has the capacity for mysticism. I have certain spiritual gifts and magical powers that I have cultivated for decades. It is for me to offer them - with a lot of humility.

  • We partake in an interconnected web of life and death and rebirth. No birth, death, marriage, or social-economic entanglement (ie, an organization) is separate from that.

  • Traditions need- rely upon - innovation. Especially at this critical moment in Humanity’s history. That’s part of the growing edges of today’s avante-garde ministers, ceremonialists, spiritual entrepreneurs, and others practicing deep devotions.

  • I am witchy. I practice healing arts. I take people on journeys through time-space and multiple dimensions. I cast circles. Rest is an integral part of my life, ministry, and business. I serve Her.

  • I am deeply Quaker. I embrace my Judeo-Christian heritage. I work with priests, nuns, pastors, rabbis, Imams, shamans, Buddhists, and far more varieties of Hinduism than I can write out here.

  • I love queerly. I am handfasted to Kristine Hill, Beaver Clan, Tuscarora Nation, Haudenosaunee Confederacy. Queerness and gender non-conformity is something we celebrate, and I love celebrating that with you. I’m totally into eco-eroticism and queering traditions.

  • I can be a channel. One of my major gifts is in helping you connect with your inward/outward Guide, and then moving with you as you move. Thus I can help Tai Chi masters do better Tai Chi… but I can not do Tai Chi. I am also collecting and learning the witchy spiritual path of my lineage.

People love how I honor and help them navigate multiple traditions.

You can embrace all parts of yourself. Whether your traditions are Jewish, Islamic, Catholic, Buddhist, Hindu, Indigenous, or many, many different combinations, much is possible. Innovation and Tradition can and do go together.
